PABLO SCHMUKLER
Pablo began his professional practice in Intellectual Property in 1979, as a successor to the Schmukler Agency, founded by his father in 1947.
In 1994, he joined the O'Farrell Law Firm as Partner in the IP department.
In 2010, he became part of the Cárdenas, Di Ció, Romer & Tarsitano firm, leading the IP area.
In 2012, he launched Schmukler IP, a boutique Intellectual Property agency, marking a turning point in his professional career.
His practice is mainly focused in Latin America, collaborating with the most relevant IP firms in the region and worldwide.
He is an active member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Mexican-Argentine Chamber of Commerce.
ROSARIO SCHMUKLER
Rosario joined the firm's staff in mid-2021 after developing her practice as in-house lawyer at The Walt Disney Company for 5 years.
She is a Lawyer graduated from the Catholic University of Buenos Aires and a University Professor graduated from the University of San Andrés.
IP Agent certified by the National Institute of Industrial Property.
